Donald A. Smith

was admitted to the Illinois Bar and Federal Bar in 1984. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame in 1980, and his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago Law School in 1984.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association.

He is a resident of Des Plaines, Illinois, where he resides with his wife and three children.

Lawrence J. Ptasinski, 1949-2006


Larry died suddenly on December 31, 2006 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Larry was a resident of Park Ridge, Illinois, where he resided with his wife and two children. He will be greatly missed by his many friends, clients and business associates. He was a great guy, a good friend, and a very talented lawyer.

Larry was admitted to the Illinois Bar and Federal Bar in 1975. He graduated with honors, earning a Business Finance degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1971, and a law degree from the John Marshall Law School in 1975. He was a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association.
